Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes into round slices. Season to taste.
- Place slices in a single layer into a vacuum bag that is suitable for sous vide cooking and add butter.
- Vacuum and seal the bag and place it onto the grid in the oven.
- Tip: Remove vegetables from bag and sear for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
